• Right to Work Documentation - To confirm the individual has the legal right to work in the UK before we engage their services.

• Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) - Where applicable, we verify a subcontractor's UTR with HMRC to ensure the correct CIS tax treatment is applied.

• Insurance Documentation (where required) - Certain engagements require subcontractors to hold appropriate insurance, such as Public Liability Insurance, to meet contractual or project requirements.

• Qualifications, Competency Cards and Licences - Whether it's a CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, ECS card or another industry-specific qualification, we check that subcontractors hold the certifications required for the role they're undertaking.

• Bank Details - Accurate payment information helps ensure subcontractors are paid correctly and on time once all payroll requirements have been met.
