Stonebridge is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited outsourced service provider specialising in project management, logistics and contingent workforces.
Whilst our experience is firmly rooted in telecommunications, construction and rail, our operating model is fit to serve across multiple sectors and industries where businesses need outsourced delivery supported by robust governance and assurance. As such, we partner with clients in logistics, waste management, education, IT and more.
Stonebridge do not operate as a labour agency, payroll provider or employment intermediary. Instead, we contract with our clients to deliver defined services under an agreed scope of works, assuming responsibility for delivery, compliant workforce engagement and other associated compliance and regulatory obligations.
What is an Outsourcing Company
An outsourcing company provides services or performs tasks on behalf of another business that may not have the in-house expertise or resources to perform them internally. For example, a business may decide that certain functions are more compliant, lower risk, higher quality or better value when handled by specialists.
Stonebridge operates as a subcontractor within the contractual chain, delivering clearly defined services, and not simply the supply of labour.
Where a contingent workforce may be required to support delivery of our outsourced services, subcontractors, workers and personal service companies are compliantly engaged directly by Stonebridge.
In working practice, the subcontractors engaged by us are in business of their own account and understand that we are their client, which is reflected contractually.
This structure provides clarity of service delivery expectations and responsibilities in the upper and lower supply chain, mitigating risk and ensuring all services are delivered compliantly, transparently and in line with contractual requirements.
